https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gF6XnS7HwO4/Vd7ZVuwxFJI/AAAAAAAAA8Y/YL54e-yBVmU/s72-c/cassava%2Btuber.jpg

Cassava farming is one of the proven lucrative businesses in Nigeria economy, with lots of high demand on cassava products (garri, fufu, starch, flour, and lots of local processed forms like abacha, amala, ugali, atap, funge and lots more).

The most interesting part of it is; ‘You don’t need to be a college graduate to run a cassava farm’, seeing the huge demand for cassava products at the high rate of consumption in families, eateries,
celebrations and many more areas. In fact, as a Nigerian, it’s our staple food which we consume in different forms.

ONE OF OUR SUMMARY
Feasibility study and a business plan on cassava farming business (specializing on garri production), using one plot of land of 100ft by 50ft as a bases and leasing two hectares of land to carry out the farming business, in Ogbeke Nike community, in Enugu State as a case study.
Ogbeke is one of the six communities that make up Mbulu Iyiukwu community in Nike. Nike is a town which is made up of 24 villages. At the moment, she is under the authority of Enugu East and North Local Government Areas of Enugu State, Nigeria
Farming business is a lucrative business and also an important sector of the economy that can provide significant, economic, and social impact which will affect the general public positively, both in food provision, skill acquisition, employment opportunities and many more…..
After carrying out the feasibility study on Ogbeke Nike community, it was discovered that farming generally will do well both on crop and animal production.
For cassava farming business (garri production), there are large market network in Ogbeke Nike, Enugu town and nearby towns with many dispatch outlets like; hotels, spotlights, bars, bakeries, event planners, families all around.
http://www.chrisfarmnigeria.com      Investing two million, seven hundred thousand Naira only {N2, 700,000} on cassava business via garri processing and marketing on one plot of land is a very lucrative one. Using profitability index to determine how lucrative the business is, we got a viable result of 1.13% returns on business in the fifth year. That tells us that, after five years’ time, the business will break-even and your profit projection will emerge. (That means; the business has been able to pay back its initial investment and still have enough money to run its affairs successfully without any help from any source).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Feasibility study on fishery farming business, on 20plots of land, using new karshi as a case study.
New Karu is the headquarters of Karu local Government Area, Nasawara State. It grew up with other towns and villages as a result of the expansion of administrative and economic activities of the Federal Capital Territory “Abuja”, Nigeria. This rapid growth has increased the general demand of goods and services in which agriculture production is not left out.
Farming business is a lucrative business and also an important sector of the economy that can provide significant, economic, and social impact which will affect the general public positively, both in food provision, skill acquisition, employment opportunities and many more…..
After carrying out the feasibility study on new karshi, it was discovered that farming generally will do well both on crop and animal production.
For poultry and fishery business, there is good market for them since there are big markets in Mararaba, Ado, New Nyanya and other dispatch outlets like; hotels, spotlights, bars, bakeries, event planners, families and nearby towns like Abuja (about 30km from the site).
It will take about N233, 274,590 to construct the farm from the farm plan. Due to low investment capital of 20million, we applied selective measure of N23, 091,480 and only 2plots was used and the left over will be used as the business expands.
Investing N46, 073,080 (N23, 091,480 →for construction, N22, 981,600→For Production and Running cost) on fishery business using 2 plots of land is a very lucrative one. Using profitability index to determine how lucrative the business is, we got a viable result of 1.05% returns on business in the next sixth year. That tells us that, after the sixth year time, the businesses will break-even and your profit projection will emerge.
